Trustee Bonds

A Trustee Bond is a surety court bond. The Trustee takes control of the property and assets and administers them according to the terms of a trust. A Trustee Bond guarantees the trustee does this according to the trust and according to the law.

A trustee bond protects the interests of the trust beneficiaries in case the trustee doesn’t appropriately execute their duty to the beneficiary. Trusts are fiduciary arrangements allowing for a third party, the trustee, to manage a trust beneficiary’s assets.
